Principal's Message

Principal Davidson
Dear Eastside Families,
As we move into March, I want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible individuals who play such an essential role in making our school community thrive. March 3–7 is Classified Staff Appreciation Week—a time for us to recognize the dedication, expertise, and hard work of our amazing classified staff. Whether it's the warm smiles of our front office team, the tireless efforts of our custodial staff, or the behind-the-scenes work of our support teams, their contributions make our school a safe, welcoming, and efficient place for learning.
While we will come together in May during Teacher Appreciation Week to formally celebrate all of our staff, I did not want March to pass without expressing my heartfelt gratitude to the classified staff who go above and beyond every single day. Please join me in thanking them for their outstanding efforts!
As we head toward Spring Break, I also want to re-emphasize the importance of consistent attendance. Every school day matters, and regular attendance is a key factor in your child’s success. This time of year can bring distractions, but keeping routines in place and prioritizing school can make a big difference as we continue with important learning milestones. Thank you for your partnership in ensuring your child is present and engaged.
Wishing you a wonderful March, and I hope you enjoy the season of renewal and growth that spring brings.
Sincerely,
Kara Davidson
