It is with a great deal of pleasure to write this letter. We are once again inviting you to the Marshfield Pirate Athletic Hall-of-Fame induction for the class of 2022!

As of yesterday’s report, all counties in the state remain in the high category of community spread. The good news is that over the last few weeks, we have seen a decline in both COVID cases and hospitalizations. The projected data, if the decline continues at current rates, is that our case numbers and hospitalizations will be down below where they were prior to the latest surge.

This week is officially recognized as National School Counseling Week. Attached is the proclamation from Governor Brown. Please join me in thanking our school counselors, mental health therapists, and behavior specialists for all the work they have put in to support our district students, staff, and community over the past couple of difficult years. I truly appreciate all who support mental health in our schools.
