Transfer applications for INTER and INTRA district transfers are currently open from April 15 – June 16, 2021
Applications submitted during this window are requests to take effect for the beginning of the 2021-2022 school year.
To begin the INTRA District Transfer application (Transfer from one school to another within the Coos Bay School District), fill out the form HERE and submit it to the school your child currently attends.
To begin the INTER District Transfer Application (Transfers from another school district outside of Coos Bay School District) fill out the form HERE and submit it to the school you want to attend.
Parents or guardians who wish to switch their child to another school in Coos bay School District will complete an Intra-District Transfer application. For more information on the rules that govern the transfer process, please read the District policy here.

*Note* Students attending a school on an approved transfer do NOT need to resubmit a new application. Students previously on a waitlist will need to reapply for not already attending on an approved transfer.
